Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

Our Privacy Commitment

Fluranto is built with privacy as a core principle, not an afterthought. The vast majority of our tools process your files entirely within your browser. Most documents, images, and data stay on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. When a feature cannot currently offer that same local-only model, it should be clearly identified in the product experience.

How Your Files Are Processed

Fluranto uses client-side JavaScript and WebAssembly to process files directly in your web browser. This means:

  • Files are read into your browser's memory and processed locally.
  • Most tools do not transmit file data over the network.
  • Processed results are downloaded directly to your device.
  • When you close the tab, all file data is released from memory.

Data We Collect

We collect minimal, anonymized analytics to improve our service. This may include:

  • Page views and tool usage counts — to understand which tools are most useful.
  • Browser and device type — to ensure compatibility.
  • Approximate geographic region — to optimize performance.

What we never collect

We never collect: file contents, file names, personal documents, images, or any data you process through our tools.

Local Storage

Fluranto uses your browser's localStorage to save preferences such as favorite tools, recent usage history, and interface settings. This data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Cookies

We use essential cookies required for basic site functionality. We may use optional analytics cookies to measure aggregate site usage. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings at any time.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party analytics services (such as privacy-focused analytics providers) that collect anonymized usage data. These services do not have access to your files or personal data.

Children's Privacy

Fluranto is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Fluranto after changes constitutes acceptance.
